WINEMAKING:
Mosmieri SAPERAVI is a red dry wine made from autochthonous Saperavi grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and the must is fermented in high-quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PAIRING:
SAPERAVI, this dark garnet-colored wine has an unusually mature, balanced and harmonious bouquet with pleasant tannins, light acidity and slight hints of cherries, plums and black pepper. It is a full-bodied wine with rich symphony of scents typical to this unique variety and long aftertaste. Saperavi matches perfectly with red meat dishes and cheese.
