Characterized by harmonious earthy notes of ball currant, sour cherries and blackberries. 

Pairs well with beef, lamb, pork and hard cheeses. 

Store between 5 - 16 degrees celsius (41 - 60 Fahrenheit) 

Serve between 14 - 20 Celcius (57 - 68 Fahrenheit)
