Dark red color. Fresh notes of blackberry, cherry and liquorices aromas. Black fruit on the palate, with notes of damson plum. Mid-palate is round and sweet, with blackberry jam flavor, followed by well-balanced finish. Pairs well with fruits, pies, cakes and farm cheese. Best served at 54-57°F
