Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Pale gold with green highlights color. Leafy  grapefruit and passion fruit aromas. Fresh lime mid palate, long  complex finish, with mint, gooseberry, and cut grass notes. Enjoy with salads, grilled fish, light cheese, poultry, or as an aperitif. Best served at 46-50°F.
