Bright golden color. Intense but elegant white flowers, yellow peaches, and toasted almonds aromas. Full bodied, citrus and ripe pear flavors with fried walnuts tones revealing oak aging. Buttery long finish is elegant and balanced, with green leaves and pineapple notes. Pairs well with grilled salmon, white meats and vegetable dishes.  Best served at 46-50°F.
