Stainless steel fermentation. Light red color. Ripe quince, green vegetables aromas with delicate clover and cardamom notes. Palate shows flavors of figs and juicy mulberry. The finish is long and round, with very light tannins. Enjoy with warm salads, meat and vegetable dishes.
